Awakening the Conscious Man Intensive

Step into a transformative journey with the “Awakening the Conscious Man (ACM) Intensive.” This program invites you to set aside culturally imposed markers of ‘masculine success’ and delve deep into your inner world.

ACM offers a unique opportunity to be truly seen and to discover a more authentic version of yourself. Through a blend of group and individual work, and a range of consciousness-shifting practices you will access the underdeveloped psychic resources gifted to us by nature, and clearly see the protective sub-personalities that typically hinder your growth.

The ACM Intensive fosters a clearer more balanced sense of self, equipping you with practical strategies to live more authentically, connect more deeply, and experience greater joy. Facilitated by David Mallard, President of Melbourne Men’s Group Inc., alongside the experienced MMG leadership team, this program promises profound personal growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, helping you to journey through life in a better way.  Please note: The intensive is limited to 16 participants to ensure a personalised experience.

♦ This is a two day non-residential intensive in Melbourne at the conference room of Currawong Bush Park in Doncaster East.

♦ Date: Saturday and Sunday March 15 – 16, 2025 9AM – 6PM.

♦ Investment: your time and $250 minimum program fee.

♦ Venue: Currawong Bush Park Conference Room – 277 Reynolds Road, Doncaster East (near the start of Springvale Road). Currawong has approximately 55 acres of bushland you can wander.

Your Lead Facilitator

David Mallard is an extensively experienced trainer, coach, mentor, guide, adviser and consultant. He has been deeply involved in men’s development work for over 25 years and co-founded Melbourne Men’s Group Inc. in 1998 with Dr. Roger Hilton. David is trained in Breathwork, accredited in the DiSC personality profile, holds a Cert. IV in Training & Assessment and has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.  He is currently a student in the professional ‘Wild Mind Training Program‘ with the Animas Valley Institute of Colorado and recently completed Francis Weller’s Grief Ritual leadership training. David has extensive senior executive experience in large organisations working closely with CEO’s and Boards. In parallel he has facilitated hundreds of men’s group meetings, personal growth workshops and seminars. David is also a council member of Soulcraft ANZ Inc.
