The breath is one of the most powerful transformative tools we have to access our essence and potential. Breathwork uses the breath (full, conscious, connected breathing) to clear unresolved issues, limiting beliefs and past events in our lives that are standing in the way of us reaching our potential, allowing our fulfilment of dreams and feeling alive, happy and inspired. It is a participant focused self-generated process. The ‘Wild Mind‘ is an integrated and holistic look at the human ego and its relationship to both its capacity and its fragmentation.
This workshop is open to all genders and is limited to 14 participants.
Amazing experience and the support team were great. I loved it. 10/10
I had a great time doing the Breathwork session. David really knows his stuff and has clear deep passion for the field; he is right on point with almost everything he says about Men’s issues. I had a couple of intense revelations during the sessions that I spent several hours processing, and it’s brought me one step closer to sorting through my own stuff. 10/10
It was really well-organised, I felt that all the facilitators genuinely cared about everyone, and they were really experienced/qualified. 10/10
Sensational location, safe environment, appropriate group size and ratio to support team and informative discussion before breathwork.10/10
Good location, support prior and post breath work. Couldn’t ask for more! 10/10
Excellent facilitation and support – experienced, caring and reassuring which created a very safe and supportive container. 10/10
The facilitators were highly attuned to the needs of the group (both as a group and individuals).10/10

What is the ‘Wild Mind‘: Our wild minds possess astonishing resources, untapped potentials and depths that we might not even know exist until we discover how to access them, cultivate their powers, and eventually integrate them into our everyday lives. We will frame our breathwork experience with an exploration of the ‘Wild Mind’ map of the human psyche as developed by Dr Bill Plotkin of the Animas Valley Institute.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an umbrella term for various types of conscious and controlled breathing practices that have the power to improve your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It is a contemporary form of pranayama, a practice with a long history on the Indian subcontinent. Breath-centred practices and meditations can be found in many ancient cultures and traditions, including Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Yoga, Qigong, Shamanism, Sufism, and martial arts.
For this workshop, we will practice breathwork as originally taught by Leonard Orr (RIP). This uses a very gentle ‘circular’ breathing process to enable a release of physical, emotional and mental stress, energise the body and induce a deep state of relaxation and clarity of mind. Breathwork is:
