Established by men for men in 1998, we are a Not for Profit, volunteer organisation and registered charity. We open pathways for men’s personal growth, wellbeing and enhanced community. We promote authentic communication and connection, minimising isolation and improving resilience through trusted, free, open, weekly men’s group meetings, an active men’s network, personal mentoring and transformational learning programs. We open up pathways to a better, deeper, more balanced kind of manhood. There are no political or religious affiliations and new participants are very welcome.
Authentically and confidentially share, be listened to and heard without judgement. Promote insight, reduce isolation and build connections.
The MIJ workshop is a ‘game changer’ – it delivers transformational self-learning in a safe, supportive environment.
